        Ordered and payed on 26th of April (Wednesday), and on 2nd of May still no sign of shipment. They confirmed me via mail that it will be dispatched the next day... Edit 03.05 After another mail with question regarding my order, lupe answered that they have cancelled my order.

        Returned my order using the provided label and the tracking never moved. Company refused to give me a refund and forced me to refund with my bank. Tracking updated nearly 2months later to show delivered and still not refunded.

        Fantastic suction, great looks, easy to convert to different modes (eg from upright to hand-held) BUT, due to superior suction, dust collector, filters and roller brush get clogged up and need cleaning/untangling pretty much after every use, which means having to waste time getting rather more close up and personal with the dirt in your house than you might have wished

        Purchased, knew i had to wait for pre-order, not a problem. When it is finally dispatched i get an email from UPS saying i have to pay an extra 113.38 for import taxes and fees even though it is a UK company. Not worth the trouble.
