Worst delivery service I know!

I had been told that on the day of delivery I would receive a message to give me a time estimate. I didn't get a message and therefore missed the delivery. The next day I had an email telling me that delivery would be attempted, so I stayed in all day but no delivery attempt was made. This happened several more times so I decided to email and let them know the best days to deliver. Again, I kept recieving emails telling me delivery attempts would be made but my delivery never materialised. On Sunday 16th of April (11 days after placing my order) I emailed again telling them the best day to attempt delivery and letting them know I was also available on mornings. Late Monday afternoon I received a picture from my neighbour. 150 worth of mesh had been left outside my house when I wasn't home. I wasn't due home for another six hours so luckily for me, several of my neighbours came together to carry my wire to one of their houses to keep it safe. I had not, at any point told them it was okay to leave it outside my address. I wouldn't risk it being stolen seeing as it's so expensive. I am really unhappy with the service that they've provided. I'm again going to have to inconvenience my neighbours to help me carry it back to my home address. This is not okay.

Order date was yesterday 13/4 waited in all day for a bed to be delivered as it said it was coming couldnt even take my son out for his birthday which was also yesterday wouldnt let me track parcel no number left also said today 14/4 being delivered again NO DELIVERY! NO message to apologise or say its going to be late so my son not only didnt get to do nothing for his birthday but Ive lost 2 days pay and my son has no bed!

Waited in 3 times all day and still no sign of my parcels - never use this company - still havent received them
