Useless opening hours which prevent anyone with a weekday job from making use of the branch. Ive also been told the account I opened online, can only be closed in branch ... more

Why is our nearest branch temporaraily closed. It would be nice if Santander could let customers who need to use the branch know why its closed at present.

The cash in machine, the only useful one in there, wasn't even on. Turning it on would take 15 minutes apparently

Rubbish opening hours. They should stay open until 5pm at least one day a week. How on earth can someone who works full time Mon-Fri can ever visit this branch?
