Useless opening hours which prevent anyone with a weekday job from making use of the branch. Ive also been told the account I opened online, can only be closed in branch which is shambolic.

Moronic opening hours. I work 9-5 and need to discuss my finances with someone in the branch but you close at 3 and aren't open at all at the weekend. Utterly ridiculous.

Impossible to try & make telephone contact direct with your branch, then when get through it is to find your speaking to someone at the other side of the world and they are not able to answer your query as you need to speak to your local branch...
