        So went into this branch today with my wife to do a simple mortgage transfer but unfortunately the staff were absolutely disgraceful and useless so after an hour of messing about we come home and she completed her transfer over the phone in 10 minutes know wonder so many branches are closing

        I got a new phone and was having trouble getting the app set up, went into the bank and a Very nice Lady helped me. Fantastic service I've never had a problem in the 20yrs I've been with them. I'd throughly recommend them. Thanks Ladies at the Natwest Witney
