        Rubbish opening hours. They should stay open until 5pm at least one day a week. How on earth can someone who works full time Mon-Fri can ever visit this branch?

        In 30 years I have gone into a Barclays branch 3 times. First, to open an account. Second, to open a business account but left due to being unable to speak to someone. This time, to add my wife to an account since it cant be done on line. Seems it cant be done without an appointment and none are available for more than 4 weeks. Perennially dreadful.

        What seemed like one actual member of staff in the building that was busy. Strangely the terminals that can sort my "everyday banking" couldn't order a cheque book. Decent.

        Alba was very helpful was having issues withdrawing money despite other collegaues not acknowledging my struggle she helped despite asking a fellow colleague for help and being shrugged off and dismissed of she did everything in her will power to help me still with a welcoming smile and great attitude absolute credit to the team , goes above and beyond to try and ensure the customer leaves satisfied.
