Counter tops dirty, tables sticky, lady sat behind the counter reading the paper & smoking a vape - not ideal

Its the only bubble tea place here and the drinks are actually okay

Food is a lot better here and self service and app ordering is a lot improved. Only thing with Morrisons cafe here is the air conditioning is cold.
