My wife and I popped in on 2 May at around 15h20 for afternoon tea. We were greated when we walked in, and seated. I went up to place my order and sat down to enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea - but unfortunately it was not an enjoyable experience at all. The food and tea were 5/5 but enduring the shenanigans of the staff spoilt the experience. Two staff member, one from the kitchen and another from the front of house were play fighting, running through the restaurant, hitting each other with dish cloths, laughing and acting the fool. This carried on for the 20 or so minutes we spent there. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Two other customers who were trying to enjoy an conversion together but eventually stood up and left in disgust. There was no supervision at all so I could not report this problem to anyone. What a disappointing experience.

Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options- they cant guarantee that the vegetarian options havent got meat in which they dont tell you till youve already ordered paid and had the wrong dish given to you
