Pleasant staff and nice coffee BUT, it would be a great idea if the staff member refilling the washed cups onto the stand would wear gloves perhaps! It wasnt very pleasant watching him with his fingers inside every single cup as he restocked them

Came here today with my wife the male staff member has one brain cell will never use again

The place needs a thorough clean. Surfaces in the coffee preparation area covered in spilt product. The place was not busy so the two staff members have no excuse. The service was very slow. A long way from the usual great Costa experience

At time of my visit my was made by Leighton he made for me an excellent cappuccino with lovely foam and texture.
