Fantastic place, dog friendly, excellent food, delicious and filling, reasonable prices and lovely staff. Coffee is to die for! Definitely place worth visiting for a bite.

Tuesday May 2nd, 11.50am. My wife and I were enticed by the pavement notice board and tried Yorks. It was to be our first and sadly our last time. Perhaps, on being handed the stained menus, we ought to have left, but we decided to stay. The flat white coffee (despite the menu's lauding of the barista, was not hot enough. The Turkish eggs I ordered were devoid of hot melted butter and came in a broth. The harrisa had an unpleasant uncooked harshness, which 'seared' rather than warming the palate The Arabic accompanying bread came in the form of a wedge of a white crusty loaf. Unfortunately, our dining experience didn't end there as a watched my wife struggling with a sourdough slice topped with 'smashed avocado and feta. The toasted sour dough proved so tough that she gave up in the end, like me, thoroughly disappointed. On paying the bill no receipt was offerred. Very poor fare considering the high end pricing. Will not be returning Richard and Ann Sinclair
