Its a good gym - well equipped with friendly staff. Workouts are personalised if you want them to be. There are a wide variety of classes.

Train our U9 football lads here during winter. It does the job.

Great gym facilities but needs to be open more at the weekends

Quiet venue. Clean and well lit. Tight parking spaces but adequate. Viewing gallery for watching matches. Standard level toilets but clean and reasonable size.

Fantastic for the price.

Have enjoyed our time here as a family very friendly helpful staff and very clean everywhere

Clean, great staff great equipment. Just had a not to surprising price rise, but still very reasonable.

We used the learner pool as we brought my grandchildren. They had a lovely time, it was my grandson's first time since he was a baby and he loved it.
