        Good facility for most sporting activities. A shame about the changing room situation, though, we have been using the facility for years and upto the last few weeks had no problem getting a shower however for some reason the main changing rooms are closed and we have to use the changing rooms for the gym which is very small with 2 shower cubicles which are generally being used. We have given up trying and go home for a shower.

        Great gym facilities. Staff are helpful. Can always get on gym equipment. Personal trainers are great. Shower facilities. Air conditioned. Plenty parking.
