        Ridiculous waiting time to get in. Need a booking system like others have. I said this to the receptionist who replied "we tried that, but feedback was, it was getting all booked up, people couldn't get in." I then pointed back at the people queuing out the door and into the car park... "WE CAN'T GET IN"
