Why no one answering the phones they are normally good

Great pharmacy with friendly staff. Normally busy but staff are very efficient. Dropped one star as unable to check on medications by phone but appreciate they are busy.

Never open on time, any time after 10 - clock if you are lucky

Pharmacist today is on power trip, rude and insensitive. Never again. Counter staff complete contrast, shame.Wife came away very upset.
