Paddox Pharmacy (Avicenna Partner)

I am editing this review as 21/04/23 as the woman serving today is exceptionally rude in how she speaks to and looks at customers. I will be submitting a complaint formally too. No help or apologies offered. She had behaved like this twice now so it isn't a one off, it appears the good service received previously was.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and local. Provides a great service to the community, nothing too much trouble. Pharmacist only to glad to help and be of assistance. Prescription ready very promptly.

As other reviews I too felt the member of staff serving to be rude. After reopening after lunch and with no other customers waiting I was told the prescription would take 5-10mins to get ready which is fair enough. However I was told 'I don't like people to wait. As in leave and dont wait here. First time I've been told this in a pharmacy before. People are ill and that's why they are there collecting medicine and we don't want to be told to get out in the freezing cold and wait there. Also when I returned there were people waiting inside! So how do they decide who they think can wait in the warm and who they think can wait outside in the freezing weather?! Discrimination perhaps decides.. not impressed. The only thing in their favor was that they had my prescription in stock (last one mind).

I can not believe how rude the staff are at this pharmacy. The way I was spoken to was awful. I'll be contacting the head office.
