Friendly staff, service is slow at times, I but this down to staff being snowed under with work and on occasions looked under staffed.

Well stocked with African hair and beauty supply. However, not many of the tape in human hair.

They never answer the phone when you call them, it rings for 10 minutes then the call hangs. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
