Not sure why theres so many bad reviews. I went to this shop for the first time today as needed some walkers glue & staff were super friendly. Im seeing a lot of reviews that say they walk around the shop watching you of course any shop keeper would be concerned about theft after all the shop is in forest fields which had a bad rep & they have a lot of things on shelves. I couldnt find this glue anywhere even Amazon, yes, AMAZON! And this shop had it. Will definitely be going here again as Ill always need a top up of the glue. Youve gained a new regular customer!

Only do hair for hair exchange ridiculous when the prices are expensive paid 9.99 for sleek 14 inch at beauty spot when its 5.99 at jabz cosmetics also had to go all the way to jabz after trying to get an exchange from beauty spot after contacting the women saying o havent got the receipt baring in mind she told me to bring the hair back and even though I dont have a receipt that its fine she will do it because she remembers me coming in. After that the women then said onece I picked up the exchange worth of product (20) she then said when I proceeded at the till that I can only do hair for hair exchange baring in mind i told her I dont want no more hair just want and exchange or refund as Ive not touch or opened packets. She then became rude because as I explained to her I thought because jabz give you a refund or exchange of any product as long as it matches price I thought that it would be the Same there she then became rude and dismissive so i took the hair back and left and went to my usual shop jabz where the man explained she shouldve swapped it theres no policy in terms of hair, exchange is exchange refund is refund. Because I was a regular customer in jabz he said he will buy it from me instead and credited me 10 to spend on the shop. (Only becaue his sleek hair costs less so he couldnt offer me the whole thing that beauty spot charged me for. Jabz respect there customers more there friendly and they make you feel extremely comfortable when your there unlike beauty spot. I did try something new just to get a couple of different experiences from hair shops or difrent products However with Beauty spot this one it was definitely the worst its all about money rather than keeping loyal customers and making them happy .
