They never answer the phone when you call them, it rings for 10 minutes then the call hangs. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

This is the first time I have visited the store to stock up with some beauty products. I was shocked to enter a 'clinical environment of smart 'row upon row' of brand names with 'testers above' and stock in hidden cupboards below! The staff are efficient and super friendly and very helpful. I did buy what I wanted but didn't browse. This is obviously a new trend for today's world with fewer staff and more products instore. However, the incentive to go around and browse to come across interesting products/new lines wasn't there. Perhaps in time, it will be unnecessary to actually go inside the shop but stop at a 'central point', fill out a form and hand it to an assistant who will relay it to a storeroom and a superfast automated system will return it in seconds! Perhaps this is where today's bruised world is heading? We must watch this space ......
