Excellent Service. Staff went above and beyond for me today. Rory is such a professional, confident and kind gentleman. His vibrant personality shines, keeping staff in high spirits and laughter while providing a quick and easy service on the pharmacy front. You can tell that colleagues love working there. Was also served by a lady called elaine who was amazing! Very highly recommended. I see some comments upset regarding waiting times in the queues, i urge people to consider that pharmacy's can be an extremely busy place at points and that although you may be in a rush to get what you want sometimes you have to queue. Trust me if there is ever a wait, its worth the wait for the amazing service. 10/10 :)

Super rude staff. Unbelievably disheveled looking store. Wrong prices on their price labels so try to accuse you of being too stupid to read the cost of an item youre buying, only to be proven wrong when they have to waste time going over to said item to double check the price. Ill just hold off and go to Boots in the city next time.

Absolutely shambolic service, first they mess up the order and secondly waited over 20mins with phone ringing without answer. Even though I only just returned from chemist who had 7 staff present. I would recommend using a different chemist if you rely on medication regularly.

Queues were 10 minutes long, only 2 people serving but 4 staff walking around looking busy. Poor service and they were unable to fulfil my prescription.
