Beautiful route up through the Dale's. I use it to get to and from the 3 peaks rather than driving.

There's not much to do here. Getting of at bury is a better option. It would be good if you lived in heywood.

To get to the other side you have to go over a bridge . That's not easy with a bycicle or disabled

Trains every half half hour but a basic station with limited shelter and seating... Platform 2 is noticeably uneven pending resurfacing.
