Lack of disabled access is a minus and lack of facilities no toilet although apparently this is being built and nowhere to get a coffee if your train is delayed which they frequently are. Be aware of the ticket office is closed and the self service machine is broken make sure you video yourself trying to use the machine and then if ticket inspectors are at your final destination show the video also use the help point to report it

No lift, disabled access, toilets, and the coffee kiosk is only open mornings. Ticket machines break down a lot and there's only 2 of them. The ticket office closes at 2pm on the dot, even if help is still needed.
