Wonderful kind staff and excellent facilities.

Excellent care of terminally ill people and their family. Wonderful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Nice rooms and garden.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Nicely laid out, easy to shop and donate. Definitely worth a visit, plus its for a good cause.

The shops are nice with lovely committed staff but had a not so pleasant experience in the HQ.
