        I worked at RCS for over 4 years in the office. I started as an apprentice and progressed to become Care Team Leader. RCS is a great place to learn and develop your skills. Everyone in the office care about the Service Users and try extremely hard to keep everyone happy. RCS makes sure no calls are overlapping and RCS makes sure all carers stay for the allocated time provided. It was an honour to work at RCS and I would recommend anyone to join this great Care Company.
