It was an excellent experience and I was amazed to take home a wreath that is now hanging on my front door.
I would recommend anyone to check out the Holisic Wellbeing Centre to see what is available.
I will certainly be back.
To complete the morning there was a Mindfulness session, again it was an excellent experience.
