Im hooked on F45. I have visited a number of the studios but this is by far my favourite. The trainers are great and really push you. Prepare to sweat!

Such lovely classes and teachers - I always leave feeling one thousand times better.

Ruth is a great motivator and really knows how to keep you on target. Well worth the investment. I feel so much better!
