        Im hooked on F45. I have visited a number of the studios but this is by far my favourite. The trainers are great and really push you. Prepare to sweat!

        I've never enjoyed exercise before I found F45. The classes are brilliant with their screens, so you can easily follow all the exercises, and the different weight and exercise options to suit differing abilities. The trainers are lovely too. It's a really nice atmosphere.
