I joined in August 2021 after lockdown restrictions were lifted. I had formerly been a member of Anytime, whose facilities and staff were also very good, but I didn't like their empty threats of court action and bailiffs when I lawfully cancelled my direct debit during lockdown. I was acquainted with the franchise owner as a fellow user at Anytime. He has done a beautiful job with the location and design of Snap in Tooting. The staff are all friendly and responsive to my needs and suggestions. They rerack and clean the equipment daily during the 3pm lull before it gets really busy. I know people can feel intimidated about joining a gym. The clientele are respectable folk just minding their own business. There's no culture of filming. I've never had a problem in all my time using Snap twice a week.
