A pleasant enough bank and the staff seem pleasant too but oh dear me the time queueing! Never go on a monday unless you've got a spare half hour.

Absolutely hate this bank. Long cues. People wondering around but no one behind the tills. Very unhelpful. Wasted half hour of my day and couldn't help. Despicable

Traveled 10 miles to visit the bank at Nelson arrived at 16_10 to find it closes at 16_00 hours. Why does it say open until 16-30 on your website. You are incompetent.
