        Overall good experience on the app , dealing with my last card situation . App messages can keep you well informed with all aspects. Went into Burnley branch to activate the card , which arrived in the post after three day's . Good long hours at the bank, set up activation mid afternoon, 7 out 10 for customer service and general atmosphere . Excellent location .

        Why, oh why, do you keep messing around with the app ? It's becoming an absolute nightmare, simply trying to view my account !! Please STOP tampering with it, and keep it simple. Remember.....not everyone has a degree in astro-physics !!!
