Not impressed, very strange systems of working, have to say I would not recommend.

Just bad - trying to persuade customers to switch to a more expensive tariff, continuously harassing re smart meter and pestering despite account always in credit.

Absolutely terrible company, was charged twice and no confirmation. I'm not sure they are even legitimate. Had to take the hit and lose the money.
