Just bad - trying to persuade customers to switch to a more expensive tariff, continuously harassing re smart meter and pestering despite account always in credit.

Calling for 3hours and being disconnected every single time, disgraceful service, now had 4 cards all faulty in just iver 2 years, utter madness as never reimburse with the money on the cards, todays issue takes the biscuit another 20 loaded that didn't come up again.. ..owed 100 they are as useful as a chocolate teapot...I you want to purchase something they are all hands on deck, if its an issue don't expect to get any help!!!!! AT ALL emergency or otherwise...

Been on the phone for 1hr cut off now holding again emergency support as you have forgotten to give a disabled mother of three a gas card and im Lower than 50p. Not my fault

Terrible service Was paying monthly via online account when contact ended 2 months later they send me a final bill around 350 I asked to have a breakdown of the cost once I received this I paid in full. Yet EON decided to put on my credit file that I missed 2 months payments. I hope these go under because they have no morals. Tried to log a complaint and was told they are not logging complaints at the moment. Crazy
