        They used to be good, but now the customer services levels have dropped. They stay in contact to secure remortgages etc but when you need further assistance after the completion they go missing. Thats when you really see the real character of the staff members. Very disappointed in these lot. On the positive side I have found more professional and friendly mortgage brokers elsewhere
