It is a really peacefully and relaxed area.

A new building gradually filling with small companies offices

Good retail park with plenty of parking, in a handy location. Costa and McDonald on site too

Not the best place to start a business. The units showed were in disrepair and damp. Maybe in need of some renovation.

Quick at unloading.

Great cafe also open to the general public, Good reasonably priced food, Free WiFi Seating booths, Watch this space for updated pictures
