The commercial area is poorly managed and maintained, rubbish is dreadful (unless there are visitors or a board meeting) as is the glass and nitrous oxide capsules that require picking up most days. The caretaking is appalling as is the horrendous issues with parking that have got much worse. CCTV is a total waste of time and never helps anyone and neither do the management. Communication is non existent. It may help if a camera on the front wasn't hidden by a tesco light but attempts to get this sorted when they were doing work were as usual ignored as was painting the shop fronts promised 3 years prior and still rusting away. The dripping pipes rotting one of the buildings will probably still be the same in another 3 and dog mess often deserves birthday cards. Not quite sure what this "charity" actually does but it isn't there to support businesses unless you happen to be tesco who do just what they want and even block the entire parking with their trolleys outside delivery times as well as block shops for at least 3 hours a day. You will get a different tesco manager every other month so no matter what you tell them will be like groundhog day 2 month's later. They have security guards in there which will tell you as much as you need to know. Partitions between businesses do not stop noise from other offices/shops. If you want spitting at, bullied, your car hit, be open to scammers, fake money, drug pushers (friday afternoons at the cashpoint is a popular time), shocking smells from drains, and dog mess, massive costs to sort drainage and electrical issues and to have tesco stock everything you do you are in the right place... if you wanted a great place to grow a business look somewhere else... Beggars are fairly often seen outside the cash point as are kids on bikes. Theft is rife. With so many car parking issues you'd think they would do something proactive and not add a van hire company... Some fabulous customers we will miss but the trust will not be among them they do not support their local businesses at all... oh and try to leave as a tenant and they will screw you for all sorts of things for months and months after you have left!! An ubelievable place to be - pick any other commercial place to grow your business.
