Went there this morning 9.15am no physics so they can't open wait till 9.40am then left the queue was about15 people long then.whats going on!!

Absolutely zero body wash here, only body lotion. Maybe due to covid, but not sure, annoyed and disgusted. Not many sales from here I reckon.

Terrible customer service. They either ignore you or unhelpful. Its also a small store, so they also dont have all of their products.

Pro tip: If you want customers to come in and spend money in store, it's a good idea to unlock the doors specially on a Saturday.
