Shopping with my friend and went into Liz Earle counter well it was a pleasure to shop at was assured by a really helpful lady sorry think her name was Sharon or Shirley ? But her knowledge was fantastic she recommended some creams etc as I have bad skin she was so nice makes me want to go back Thank you for making my experience a joy boots Breahead
