No item. No communication. Unprofessional Got an confirmation that my item been dispatched on Monday. It's been a week and it still didn't arrive. Emailed company twice asking if it's been sent with 1st or 2nd class cause even with 2nd class 2-3 day is normal shipment time. I got no reply to either email. Tried ringing as well. No reply. Just like other review said they it's a struggle to get in touch with the company... If i get nothing in the next couple of days I'll raise a case with my bank. Very unprofessional Edit: Finally got a reply to my email. Been told that my emails went to spam folder. I asked for a refund, which I got almost immediately. Never goit the item or tracking number for the parcel, which is somewhat weird. Royal mail so rarely loses parcels these days. I'm a bit upset, as I was really looking to receiving the item before last weekend, but in the end it never arrived. I ended up ordering from a different website. I rate this as average online shopping experience. Got a refund, but no communication for over a week and ultimately the whole point was to receive the order (and I didn't)...

Edit - can see the store trying to refute my feedback, I purchased in person from the pop-up shop in Barclays at Millshaw Court, not online. The product I purchased was completely different from the genuine powder I have purchased from Mac directly about 10 times over the years so if it's authentic I wonder why the formula is nothing like the one in MAC shops? I stand by my review, it doesn't take someone on a counter at a shop telling me something is fake, I could clearly see with my own eyes that it was an entirely different, cakey, inferior product that felt looked and smelled different. If you do buy something, check it yourself against the samples in a shop and see for yourself. I can't speak for other brands but the MAC stuff is garbage. Original review - Purchased a number of products from this company and never really considered they could be anything but genuine. Most recently I pushed a mac face powder that broke me out really badly and looked and felt cakey, like corn starch. It's a product I've used for years but always bought direct from mac. I took it to Harvey nichols mac counter where the sales assistant compared it to the sample and promptly deemed the product fake. The packaging was nearly identical but the powder has an entirely different texture and feel. Now I have concerns about the rest of the products I've got so they are likely to just go in the bin, better safe than sorry with fake cosmetics. Sure some may be genuine but with no way of knowing I'd rather not chance as the powder I bought definitely wasn't. What a waste of money as these weren't bargain bin prices I paid, usually just a couple quid of the retail price. Cherry Berry sticks by the story that it's authentic and claims they purchase their stock from the US but I trust the mac SA and my own experience with their products, have never had a mac product that looked/felt like that or broke me out the way this one did. For the tiny discount they offer over regular high street prices, it's not worth taking a punt.
