Never used as a watch tower, if anything it was a folly built in 1731 and more a lookout point over Springhill Wood and the surrounding countryside and Slieve Gallion

A lovely forest for a walk. Shame about the carpark charges! 4 is a bit steep for an hour's walk!

Beautiful old dolmen in the middle of a farmer's field. Well worth the effort to find (up a lane and through some grazing cows in their fields).

A quiet spot on the edge of town. Popular with dog walkers. Part of the Broughshane 10k route. Not far from Raceview Mill, Digsy's Diner and Ecos.
