I find that all the staff are very helpful even when they are very busy. They are always very curtious and kind.

Prescription was incorrect and too strong. Frame was too wide and fitted incorrectly. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend.

prescribed a gel to help clear skin and has bleached clothing worn and duvet covers after leaving the gel to dry. not happy!
