The receptionists have been very rude to me even some shouting down the phone to me. The doctors have been nice people, but they've consistently ignored my symptoms, did their own thing and have so far forced me to stay in pain for 4 months straight. After getting a fourth appointment for this pain, they have proceeded to say I need to wait 3 extra months before I could even be considered to be referred or have an ultrasound. Not impressed. Wish I could give 0 stars as I've been in agony for so long with no help from them whatsoever.

Only giving a 1 as cannot give no stars. Consistently have problems with this practice, in particular with booking appointments (at any time) and if prescriptions are changed. Notes are either not updated correctly or not read fully and prescriptions are refused. Wait times on the phone are long, and when you can get an appointment they never run on time. We have been unhappy for a while now and have had more issues recently meaning we will now be looking to see what other practices there are in the area and swapping.

Receptionist are so rude! Speak to you terrible on the phone, look at you like your interrupting their day and talk to you like your a chore
