        Prescription was incorrect and too strong. Frame was too wide and fitted incorrectly. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend.

        Friendly, efficient and professional service. Pleasant roomy premises with a good choice of lenses/frames and excellent aftercare. Would recommend.

        Just collected my new distance and reading glasses. The staff are friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I was treated with total respect and was able to take my time choosing my frames. My eye test was thorough, relaxed and unrushed. I was taken by how much I was valued as a patient. They have a very reasonable price range of frames to choose from. I cannot recommend John Hamer Opticians any higher.

        The ladies were absolutely brilliant with my 4 year old daughter, made her feel comfortable and the eye test was fun. Plenty of frame options. Much more thorough than previous place we went to. Thanks ladies
