The staff are great, but the building is a bit dilapidated. Council cuts have taken their toll. Family sessions often have floats and fun stuff out.

While Hannah is lovely the cleanliness is not where it needs to be. This with the poor changing facilities led us to using alternative swimming locations.

Love the saltdean area, nice break away from the busy Brighton beach area

Nelly is the best instructor and the whole process from booking to the pool sessions was great.

I absolutely LOVE it here! Most Staff are smiley, friendly and welcoming! Good gym equipment a decent swimming pool
