Worst experience I have ever had. Booked for our 1 year anniversary. Used a experience voucher and on arrival not told how long we had or where to park. Got lost on the way round and had to be picked up by rescue team. Got back only to be abused by the owner of this joke of a company. Staff member was understanding and I really felt sorry for her but the Owner was the most rude and abusive person I have ever come across. I have a video of the abuse.. and will share with viral.. do not recommend this company purely due to the owner shouting abuse and screaming I didn't say sorry when this was the first thing said when we got back. Swearing and shouting was what we got from him. The so called owner after we actually referred 2x more people. Only gave 1 star asc couldn't give 0 so please do not book with these guys as there are so many others along the river who actually care about their customers. Worste experience I have ever had.
