Recently taken over management of property. Poor administration, incorrect advice and lack of professionalism. Fails to Inspire.

The worst estate agent ever! Does not respond to calls and emails. Its been a month I am trying to get booked to view a property but not respond at all!!!!!!!

Need to learn how to answer with more professionalism and not so abrupt and rude maybe train your staff to answer questions without being sarcastic
