The worst estate agent ever! Does not respond to calls and emails. Its been a month I am trying to get booked to view a property but not respond at all!!!!!!!

Had extremely bad experience with purple bricks. They never replied to emails not for emergency breakdowns. My deposit return was delayed two months after leaving the property in Leicester. They literally made me begging and crying for deposit return. It look like no one is working in it.

The worst experience ever after not having even one viewing despite 3 months and reducing the price myself they are wanting the full price of more than 1600.00!! Paul my supposed sales representative never once contacted myself in 3 months! Julie Griffiths who cannot even send myself a Simple email came up with miserly 150.00 reduction and now after taking the property of the market they are wanting the full price Absolutely useless company All they want is your money No customer service WHATSOVER Biggest Mistake of the year was to go with this company and especially this branch If you want to waste your time go to Purplebricks!!

I was repeatedly messed about by agent T. Ross when I tried to view a property in Manchester, and promised multiple callbacks by the central team, which then were never received. This messing about has cost me a lot of time, and a lot of money in rescheduling care arrangements and accommodation to enable me to attend viewings (that were then changed without explanation or sufficient notice) as well as inconveniencing a lot of other people, and cancelling work. I am a ready-to-go buyer, with a mortgage in place that can be ported across, and a house for sale (with offers) WELL over the asking price for this property (45k in excess, so that can't be the reason theyre so unhelpful) . I need to relocate, however, will actively avoid any property listed with Purplebricks (especially agent Mrs T Ross), based on this experience, and by the looks of it, the experience of many others.

Horrendous experience dealing with Purplebricks who were engaged to sell a property. 1) Agent responsible did not show up to viewings plus very poor communication with buyers and a number chose not to view the property because of this (I had paid Purplebricks for this service) 2) Very little / poor communication with me as the seller 3) Agent then left Purplebricks and we were not told until well after he had left 4) Purplebricks claim to have LOST the keys to the property (= security risk) and they were never returned I asked the Property Ombudsman to review this case which they did and concluded Purplebricks had FAILED to meet the Property Code requirements on all of these points and issued fee discounts. Despite these clear failings in all of the most basic requirements Purplebricks insisted on charging their fees (with a very small discount). I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYBODY WHO HAS HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT THROUGH THE PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN WHICH SHOULD RESULT IN A REDUCED FEE BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY PREVENT OTHERS FROM EXPERIENCING THE SAME.
