Solihull Residential Lettings is an excellent company. We have been letting our property with them since 2006 Dhaminder is a true gentleman & provides a first class service. The whole team are extremely helpful & always go the extra mile, in particular Hollie, nothing is too much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Dhaminderassisted me in advising the renovation of the whole property from a derelict state to an excellent one, which I planned to let out through his agency. After reno was completed, I had to change my plan from letting it to selling it off, which meant the loss of business from Dhaminder's standpoint.Dhaminder though did not show any disappointment, although Im sure he felt it. He rather stressed that I should follow his change of plans as they served his changed circumstances best. Its rare to meet people these days who assist others without expecting something in return; a very professional and mature attitude. deserves all stars.

Have been using Solihull residential letting for many years and have found them always to be the upmost professional outfit. Mr Sidhu is always at hand to help out and take care of any issues. Couldn't recommend recommend him more highly .

My family and I have let properties managed by Dhaminder and his team since we first arrived in Solihull back in 2012. We keep coming back to them as theyve taken great care of us and are always responsive, professional and caring. I couldnt recommend a better property manager!
