Very helpful staff although like all banks these days, very limited counter service so expect to queue unless you time your visit at a quieter period.

Closed down the romford branch still shows as being open

Rubbish service get an I'd card with photo like he said then tells me he can't use that one surly if it has your photo and date of birth it can be done

I think they dont have functioning phones as Ive called them multiple times on multiple days, accumulating 2+ hours on hold yet no one picks up.
