I think they dont have functioning phones as Ive called them multiple times on multiple days, accumulating 2+ hours on hold yet no one picks up.

What kind of company threatens legal action, even a warranty of entry, but then doesn't answer the phone for over an hour, or provide any other means to contact them? RICHBURNS! Frankly, this is no accident but a designed process otherwise the management of this "world class debt recovery service" would have to qualify for incompetence! The fact that major companies use them, is shocking. SHAME ON THEM!
