        Have been with Simia Farra for about 45 years, never had any problems until this year, I cant get any replies to emails or phone requests to Mark Downing. So January 31st is fast approaching and the accounts up to April 22 should have been sorted out, however he hasn't had the curtesy to reply to me or to say he doesn't want to do the accounts anymore, is it because my husband died Oct 21 and it causes a problem .... well its now 19th Dec so I will have to get in touch with HMRC and explain my situation with Simia Farra and see if they will allow me some extra time.... I feel I have just been dumped for no reason. I cant explain my frustration and disgust at the problem this company have caused me after all these years.
