I started 2 years ago and I don't think i will ever quit, that says it all. Great coaching, physical activity, mental stimulation, fun and self defense.

Great facilities, good location and very competent, patient and professional instructors

Great gym with knowledgeable instructors and multiple black belts. A great way to lose weight and learn self defense with a fantastic group of people. Highly recommend.

Fantastic class, very well organised and led. Both my children and I attend these classes and thoroughly enjoy it, along with learning new skills.
